GOLDMAN SACHS PAYS $1.1B TO REDEEM TARP WARRANTS

$318m in preferred dividends + 23% annualized return on the warrants. Seems like taxpayers are getting a decent deal with the TARP program. Now if only AIG will step up to the plate.
